In 1969, Dom Baum—exhibition director for the Hyde Park Art Center— invited a group of local artists to partake in his upcoming exhibition, which he titled “Don Baum Says ‘Chicago Needs Famous Artists’.”
The ARACHI Collection, designed by Jannie Esperon, is a tribute to The Harry Who, The Chicago Imagists, and all the Chicago creatives who demonstrated that our city’s art scene surpasses that of the entire nation.
